One of the building blocks in the system is the Business Phone Call Centre Supervisor, an information system for the Business Phone Call Center solution. It provides management and staff with information on the performance of the call center both in real-time and through detailed historical reports. This information is vital for fine-tuning the day-to-day operation of the call center and for long-term planning. Call Centre Assistant can be added to improve support for agents and supervisors. This is a Windows application that enhances the productivity of call center agents by providing a single environment for all activities.

Kirk DECT Cordless Telephone Systems Mobile phones have revolutionized our lives, especially in the contemporary corporate environment. Tellumat Telecom offers the DECT-z system to give you the advantages of modern mobility whilst enjoying the benefits of reduced telecommunications operating costs and increased efficiency, compared to the current use of GSM mobile phones in the workplace.
The Dect-z provides executives and mobile employees with wireless DECT handsets, linked via wireless to the company’s telephone system, thus enabling them to be always contactable on their usual extension numbers, wherever they are on the company site. The Kirk Dect-z systems are available in two models. The Dect-z 500 system is an entry level system with one base station and up to 6 wireless repeaters and up to 8 users. The modular Dect-z 1500 system can be configured with up to 32 base stations and up to 128 users (this can be increased to 700 using IP interfacing).
These systems provide freedom of movement within large sites – head-offices, call centres, warehouses, factories, commercial farms, hazardous environments etc. In fact, the system could be used anywhere where employees have to be mobile. PABX Operator & Extension user training With all systems delivered we provide extensive training for your operators and extension users. Training literature and quick reference guides are included. Should you require one or one thousand cable points our dedicated team of installers are capable of providing this service.
