The clients systems are actively monitored by Telepassport and any faults that might occur are tasked in order to prevent down time on the client's side.
Our clients have access to online, real-time billing (which is one of the most advanced billing in the industry) and monthly reports that can be used as management tools to monitor their savings, call usage and any abuse that might take place, to mention a few. No real need for expensive Telephone Management Systems.
